An Andean Opal 8mm sphere, surmounted by a faceted Aquamarine rondelle, a textured sterling silver ball, a faceted Ruby rondelle, a faceted Andean Opal framed by silver discs, and a mini faceted Ruby at the top, length approximately 55mm, all findings are sterling silver, with earring closers.
